NoGhost is a dating platform for adults. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This policy sets out the standards we enforce, how users can report violations, and the actions we take when these standards are breached.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create a NoGhost account or use any feature of the platform. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will permanently delete that account and all associated data without delay.
NoGhost prohibits all content and conduct that sexualises, exploits, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:
Users must not use NoGhost to contact minors, misrepresent their age to access or interact with minors, share content that sexualises children, or use the platform to facilitate any form of child exploitation. Attempting to do so — whether through profiles, messages, stories, events, or any other feature — is a serious violation that results in immediate and permanent account termination.
If you encounter content or behaviour that you believe violates this policy, report it immediately. You can:
We treat every report as urgent and prioritise review of any report involving potential harm to a child. Where appropriate, we preserve evidence for law enforcement before removing it.
When we identify a violation of this policy we take immediate action, which may include:
There is no warning or appeal process for violations involving the sexual exploitation of children. Such accounts are terminated immediately upon discovery.
NoGhost cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and child-safety authorities investigating suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation. We will preserve and provide account records, messages, and uploaded content in response to valid legal process, and we may proactively report suspected CSAE to the appropriate authorities even without a formal request.
We use a combination of user reports, admin review, and automated screening to detect and remove content that violates this policy. We continuously review our moderation practices to improve detection of CSAE and related harms.
Questions about this policy can be sent through our Contact page. Urgent child-safety reports should be flagged as such so they are handled immediately.
