These terms govern your use of NoGhost ("we", "us") — a dating platform that helps you meet people locally and build real-world connections. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use NoGhost.
You must be 18 or older to use NoGhost. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate. NoGhost is not available to anyone under 18.
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when building your profile and to keep it updated. You may not share your account or let anyone else use it.
NoGhost's core promise is accountability. If you agree to the pledge, you commit to replying to a new match within 48 hours. If you don't, we mark the match as ghosted and your reputation score may be reduced. Repeated ghosting can lower your score further and may affect how often you're shown to others. The pledge is voluntary, but the consequences of missing it apply once you've agreed.

Breaking these rules can result in content removal, a lowered reputation score, or permanent account suspension. Our Child Safety & Abuse Policy applies to all users.
You own the content you post (photos, bio, messages, stories). You grant us a licence to host and display that content within NoGhost so the service can work. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content we believe violates these terms or the law.
NoGhost offers paid features: Premium subscriptions (monthly, 3-month, and 12-month plans), one-off Profile Boosts, and a Verified Badge. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. One-off purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. On iOS, subscriptions are managed through the App Store where applicable.
Free accounts have daily limits on explores and likes, and a weekly icebreaker allowance. These limits may change. You can earn bonus swipes by sharing the app or referring friends. Premium removes the swipe and like caps.
NoGhost helps you discover and join local activities. We don't organise or host these events ourselves unless stated, and we're not responsible for what happens at them. You take part at your own risk. Be sensible: meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and don't share personal details like your home address with strangers.
Some features use third-party AI providers to generate text or analyse photos. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate — you're responsible for reviewing anything AI generates before you post or send it. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's sent to these providers.
You can delete your account at any time from the app or via our Delete my data page. We can suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, behave dangerously, or if we're legally required to. On termination, your right to use the app ends; data deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
NoGhost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee you'll make a match, find a relationship, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes we'll do our best to notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
