Permanently erase your NoGhost account and all associated personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. 1. Enter the email address linked to your NoGhost account below.
  2. 2. We'll email you a one-time 6-digit verification code to confirm it's really you.
  3. 3. Enter the code and confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately — no login needed.

What gets deleted

Profile, photos, voice & video intros, bio, interests, matches, messages, connections, events you hosted, RSVPs, stories, calls, blocks, reports, and referral records.

What we keep & for how long

A record of your deleted-account status is kept for up to 30 days to prevent the same email from re-registering and to block further login. Aggregated, de-identified analytics and required financial/billing records (e.g. Stripe receipts) are retained as required by law, but contain no profile content.

This is permanent. We'll delete your profile, photos, matches, messages, connections, events, RSVPs, stories, calls, blocks, and reports. This cannot be undone.

We'll email a one-time code to confirm it's really you.
